Price All our prices are indicated in Euros. When the purchase is completed, the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount applicable in SPAIN together with shipping costs (multiple options available) will be specified.   Text The text engraved on the dummies can be written with the first letter in capital (Alex, Sophie); or all of it in capitals (ALEX, SOPHIE).

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the name or text is correctly spelled, including any apostrophes, accents, etc... Under no circumstances can BebéColor be held responsible for spelling mistakes. The name or text can have up to 20 letters split in two lines. BebéColor reserves the right to refuse orders containing texts inappropriate for infant products.

Embroideries

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the letter requested is correct.Under no circumstances can BebéColor be held responsible for customer mistakes.

 

Delivery

All deliveries will be made through Correos de España (Spanish Post Office). The delivery time corresponds to the period of time between when the customer paid for the goods and the day he/she receives them. This period is 3 to 8 days for Spain and 5 to 10 days for the rest of Europe.

BebéColor cannot be held responsible if shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, industrial action, technical or server problems, delays on behalf of our suppliers.

Taxes

Purchases made by legal entities (companies, entities, organizations&) whose head offices are located in the European Union and holding an EU VAT number will be exempt from VAT payment, under the express condition that adequate documentation is provided using our email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Customers residing outside the European Union: we remind you that our shipping costs do not include import taxes (customs tariffs); these must be paid by the buyer locally when receiving the goods.

Returns policy and warranty If when receiving your purchase you are not completely satisfied, you have seven (7) DAYS from delivery date to proceed with your return and goods must remain in their original packaging. ESPAGNE

Warning! The cancellation period is not applicable if the packaging has been opened and the products have been used, thus rending them non reusable for safety and hygiene reasons. BebéColor provides a one year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, starting from the shipping date. The customer invoice is the proof of purchase and must be included with the return shipment. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from a wrongful use, lack of care or if the product has been modified. In case the goods will be returned, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, except if the product is defective or if BebéColor made a mistake in the shipment. Once the parcel is received by us, we shall verify the product condition and proceed with the refund according to the payment method previously used by the customer.
